NEXT DISPATCH DATE – 17th DEC 2023

For all orders placed before the 16th of December, your items will be sent on 18th Dec by Royal Mail Tracked (24 or 48 – your choice).

Please get in touch with me at hello@clareceramics.co.uk if you need an earlier dispatch date and I’ll be able to arrange for you.

UK DELIVERY

I recommend Royal Mail Tracked service for a safe delivery, but if you would like an alternative service, please get in touch with me via email before placing your order.

European Delivery:

Please let me know if you require this option. European orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked. You may be charged additional unknown customs fees or import duties on arrival to your country. These charges are the customers responsibility and are not covered by my shipping charges.

RETURNS:

I hope you love your items and they arrive in perfect condition. However if there are any issues with your purchase, please email me at hello@clareceramics.co.uk.

I’m afraid any return costs cannot be covered.

Packaging:

All the packaging used to protect your purchase has been re-used or is fully recyclable. Please re-use wherever possible.
